Secret instructions!
It comes without instructions, but they are easily found online not least using the QR code on the box. But for me it did not then work. The vendor then told me to call Beninca. Which was not helpful because they only officially talk to trade customers. However the guy on the switchboard was helpful enough to tell me to do as follows: Hold down both keys, the led will flash in groups of 3, then when it goes solid, let go. Do the same again and it will flash in groups of 4, let go when it goes solid. Now set up as per the online instructions ie press the programming button (or use a paperclip in the hole), it will go red when you let go, then press the button on the remote.
