A great tube-set.
This is the ideal purchase for anyone looking to build their critters a complex tunnel network. The pipes are all of good quality, are easy to assemble, and form a sturdy connection. These pipes are compatible with Ferplast tubes, the Habitat tube sets that Pets At Home sell, and the Savic tubes that come with their respective cages. They are NOT compatible with the Kaytee tube sets. The tube sets mentioned above, including this product, are not suitable for dwarf hamsters if you are planning on having them climb vertically at any point, as the large circumference renders them unable to do so. For horizontal or slight-medium inclined ascension though, these should be fine. Dwarves CAN vertically ascend the Kaytee tube sets if that is what you are looking for. Or at least, mine can.I hope my experience is able to help those of you struggling to decide on which tube sets are most suitable for your wants and needs.

Decent tubes for Dwarf hamsters, with compatible cages
Our Dwarf hamsters love these tubes. They spend the majority of their time either running around in the tubes or hanging out or sleeping in the little cubes we make into rooms. We give them bedding in the cubes and they choose to use these rather than the other dedicated house in the main cage. The main drawback is they are fiddly to clean, we set aside at least an hour each week just for taking everything apart and cleaning, with clean of the main areas every few days. The tubes are compatible with the Pets at Home large hamster cages. Initially when our two Dwarf hamsters were younger, they could fit past each other in the tube, but now they are too big. You need to use the junctions and cubes to ensure good hamster flow! One point to note is that Dwarf hamsters cannot climb vertically or up very steep inclines, so plan accordingly with spirals and gentler slopes.Overall a decent product, if a little on the cheap side. We ended up buying two tube packs, as you end up with lots of leftover plastic squares with holes which have little use. We use them to connect up two separate cages.

Not big enough to be a main habitat
Bought this as an addition to my syrian hamster existing cage, as I normally let her out to play and explore at least every other day, but we're planning to be away for a couple of weeks so I thought I'd give her some extra room to explore. It's certainly unsuitable as a main cage, both because of its size (or at least it can't be the main cage for a syrian for sure, maybe a dwarf), defo not deep enough to allow any digging/burrowing, and it's a bit flimsy. It's fine as an extra play space, but please don't buy this to be the only/main cage if your pet is any bigger than a dwarf hamster.

For a small hamster
I purchased this for my dwarf hamster. Really good quality and if you like being creative you can keep changing the style to keep your hamster entertained. Only issue it is quite pricey for amount of tubes you get. Would still recommend.

Cruel, awful and poor quality
Please, buy a different cage, this is just cruel! Not big enough for any hamster or animal! Hamsters (even dwarfs) need a minimum of 450 square inches of floor space. My siryan doesn't even like being in this cage whilst I clean out her bin cage! The tube connections slip with the slightest weight added to them. Amazom, please take down these tiny, depressing cages!

Great tubes! Compatible with Savic tubes.
Bought the 94 piece tubes set to extend the tubes in my Savic cage so my hamster had a way down the the main cage closer to the Penthouse part he has made his nest. The GNB tubes connect to the Savic tubes but it requires some jiggling. The white Savic connecting rings are too big for the GNB pet tubes, but you can use the Colourful GNB connectors on the Savic tubes, they are a snug fit but it can be done! Don’t pinch your finger like I did though.Picture - The corner tubes at each end on the inside I kept as Savic and all the ones in the middle are the GNB pet tubes.

Fits ferplast cage more pieces than on picture
Amazing amount of tracks, our hamster trirs to knaw through the boxes. You can make 1 square or one rectangular box there are not enough connectors to make more but ghere are lots of plates. We used 2 to stick the tubes to the wire bit of our cage. We received about 7 or 8 corner pieces and 2 with 3 exits and 5 or so straights. Easy to assemble. Our hamster loved it so much I think she ran around the whole night. Because of her trying to get out of the box we only are using the tubes outside. Good quality plastic sturdy. Connection to the wire of the cage is not easy, bit that may be because our cage is plastic at bottom and only wire at top. Our syrian fits through them easily.
