These are not sized like traditional (step in) sanitary undergarments. We purchased these for my dad and he wears a large in the traditional sanitary undergarments where you step into them like underpants. These are just like baby diapers where they open fully and have tabs in the front to keep them closed. They are easier to use on bed-bound persons. We had to size up for this style vs. traditional style. Dad wears a large in traditional and XL in these. Other than the size difference, these are a good product. Holds urine without leakage. Easy to use.

I was really disappointed with the quality of these diapers. At first, I thought I might have been too rough when putting one on because it ripped so easily. However, I took another diaper and was very gentle with it, and it still ripped almost immediately. The material feels extremely thin and weak similar to a cheap napkin. I wouldn’t recommend these diapers due to how easily they tear.

For the most part has good absorbency. The hold capacity depends on how bad you have to go. Had some instances where it did actually go through the pad but not using these as a standard adult diaper. Was in a car accident and currently unable to put pressure on standing for 12 weeks so using these combined with bed pads and a bed pan as currently am bedridden. They are very soft and comfortable and not too thick. Have been purchasing this brand since leaving the hospital. Have probably purchased 10 packs or more.

These are excellent adult diapers. I ordered them by mistake and had to return them. I did see how they were made and how they would fit for someone who needs them. I could tell they would be very comfortable and absorbent.

These get the job done however it is almost impossible to put them on without help. The velcro is placed in an odd spots and rides low on the hip rather than up around the waist area.
