Will it hold 410 shells? Or are the shell Elastic to large to securely hole them?

My gun has fixed loops for the sling. Is the sling material sewn or bolted together making it unable to remove the current attachment points?

It's bolted at the top. Bottom is free loop.

Can you remove the front/top (closest to muzzle) swivel if needed?

It's been a year so I suppose the safe combo is a tuff one....i however can tell you from the pictures the loop is riveted closed on the mussel end of the sling.
