This soil seems to be about the only one you can buy in a bag that isn't mostly half-decomposed wood chips. I have even found bits of plastic and wire in some of the store bought brands. The composition and texture of this soil is just fantastic by comparison. I use it mostly for patching up the lawn, but I have also mixed some into our small garden in the past.

Using for my house plants.

Purchased this to fill in spots in the st Augustine grass and has done a great job getting the grass to spread. Packaging was damaged when received but good product.

I have an area in my yard where grass never grows no matter what I did. I finally spent a little more to get this, and grass is finally growing!! Highly recommend.

Needed some good topsoil for filling gaps between new sod sections. Forget about going to your local big brand store to buy some other big brand named topsoil, nothing but horrible stuff. Gone downhill!Decided to buy this topsoil though pricey and was very pleased with the look and quality after opening the first bag. Very rich, dark soil.I have just purchased more I’m that pleased with it.

Update:Liked this lawn soil so much, I bought more. No large pieces of bark like top soil. Holds moisture well.Fast shipping. Excellent packing. Used lawn soil for topdressing lawn. Spread very easy. Very fine. No large materials in mix.
