Watery Polysorbate 80

I purchased from Mystic Moments because they were indicating that this product was to be used in cosmetics or otherwise applied to human skin. It was not advertized a "food grade". I was amazed at how thin in viscosity it was upon arrival; as if it had been "thinned" with water. This product is anticipated to be a poor value as a result of a much higher consumption rate. I use it for bathing.I suspect that what I was sent ws Polysorbate 20 or some other version of Polysorbate which is very thin in viscosity.
