I spray it under my tongue as I think it absorbs better.

What I understand from the packaging one dose is 4 sprays each dose is 10mg

Can i give this to my child who is 8?

I wouldn't bother. I took this spray for months and before and after blood tests showed by iron had dropped considerably. Speak to your local pharmacist for something suitable for a child, as this probably isn't
