Let me start out by saying that I would NOT recommend copaiba balsam in a diffuser. It is resinous (thicker than your typical oil which is not the best for diffusers) and the smell is very very mild. Some sources describe it as being warm and honey-like, but I would best describe the smell as the whiff you get when you open a wooden piano bench filled with old music. I like the scent but it is not strong (that is how true copaiba should be, so don't be expecting a super fragrant oil.) Plant Therapy is a brand that I have used before and they consistently provided good quality oils. Copaiba is absolutely wonderful for making lotions and pain-relieving salves, but if you are looking for a fragrant oil to diffuse, this is not it.UPDATE: I originally gave this essential oil a 4-star- rating, but am bumping up to 5 stars. It is on my top 5 favorite scents of oils. The more I use it, the more I can smell the sweet honey-like notes. I have been using it in everything: body scrubs, lotions, lipbalms, bath fizzies... Love it!!

The therapeutic effect of the oil is vey good and the price per ounce is excellent best I have found!

Very happy with product. I’m not using this in a diffuser but as part of an eczema cream. It has visibly helped heal the cuts associated with the eczema literally overnight. It’s only part of the blend but I believe an important one making a difference on the skin.The scent is not unpleasant and barely noticeable In the blend (used 20 drops).It did not have an adverse effect on my little one but as with all essential oils do your own research and tests. Everyone is different.Glad I bought the larger size since I’ll definitely be using it again.

As a Licensed Massge Therapist I needed a product that was the best bang for my buck, but also that WORKS.This oil is BETTER than doterras Copiaba its not mixed with any coconut oil in the bottle you purchase and nit healing impact IS SO MUCH greater!
