I am absolutely thrilled with these HMCITY 129 LED outdoor solar lights and give them a well-deserved 5 stars. My wife and I live upstairs, and since our steps were dangerously dark at night, I bought these to light up the area. I was initially a bit concerned about whether they would be bright enough, but they are incredibly bright and easily illuminate a very large area. They are extremely easy to install, and after 6 months of daily use, they are still running super strong and staying amazingly bright every single night. The price is absolutely unbeatable for this level of quality, and my daughter was actually so impressed when she saw them that she went ahead and ordered 3 sets for herself. It is a fantastic, reliable product that gives us complete peace of mind when walking up the stairs at night, and I highly recommend it!

These lights exceeded my expectations. They are nothing like a normal solar light, they are bright bright bright!!! I purchased a two pack because I needed a motion light that would turn on when I take the trash out at night. My trash is in a dark corner and I just didn't like the feeling I got when going out there in the dark. This light changed all that. It triggers when I go out every time. You have to get within a pretty close distance but it really works for me. It makes it so I can see everything. Hurts my eyes actually, ha ha. I keep mine on the setting where it only turns on when it detects motion. I also like that it turns on when creatures come through in the night. So far it has alerted me to a cat and racoon several times. I brought the second light in during an all night power outage and put it in one of my bathrooms on the setting that is supposedly dim, haaa. I guess compared to the other settings. It is really bright. It stays on that steady light without motion detection. It stayed on all night long. Impressive!!! I highly recommend these lights. They are functional to the max and look great too. I made sure to share some pictures of how it lights up my area in the pitch dark. It would be nice if the price was slightly lower though. I noticed other sellers have similar items for several dollars less. But either way I would buy these again, but will wait for a sale.

Works well, the light is bright and evenly distributed. Setup is quick and painless. Screws provided are substandard so you’ll need better stainless ones. 4 stars for the screw issue only.

Easy to put up, great brightness. The sensors are very sensitive to the point smoke from the fireworks in the 4th of July had they flickering on. Which is great as the light helps to keep predators away from my birds. I cannot stop recommending these to others. They have also already been through a lot of bad weather to and still worked great. They look very nice, not to big and bulky like some can be.

Quality - good looking and they putout quite a bit of lite, more than I expected. remote control - None that i can see but that would be a great option, would really love it if they added Apple Homekit compatibility. Dimmability - there are 3 settings. one of which runs dim until motion is detected then goes bright, these are also light sensing so they stay off during the day. I like the Dim / bright auto setting the best. Water resistance - I haven't noticed any issues and I'm using these outdoors. I live in an area without a lot of rain but when it comes it hits hard. Lifespan - bought a different set from this same brand a couple of years ago and they're still working well so I bought these, hopefully they will do as well as the other model I bought.

I first purchased these 5 yrs ago and they are still working just as well as they did when purchased in 2021! These lights are fantastic! High quality light with three settings - I choose to have mine on all night, but they also work great with motion detection. My dogs like the light when they go out at night. I also have them in my garden. As I said, they have been on my fence for 5 yrs now. I bought two more sets to add to my property. Fantastic quality for a fantastic price.

Shipping and Packaging: The lights arrived well packaged and everything was in good shape. Nothing was damaged or missing. Installation was really simple since there’s no wiring to deal with. I just mounted them where they would get plenty of sunlight during the day and let them charge. Product Quality and Features: I was honestly surprised by how bright these little solar lights are. I wasn’t expecting this much light from something this size. They do a great job lighting up the area around the house, and the motion sensor picks you up pretty quickly. I also like not having to run any electrical wiring or remember to turn them on and off. For a quick DIY way to add some light around the yard, walkway, or side of the house, these worked out really well.

I ordered a 4 pack. They were delivered in a timely matter and were packaged well. I let all 4 charge in the sun before turning them on. When I tried to turn them on, 2 of the 4 didn't work. The 2 that worked, seem to work fine. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me 2 replacements. I let those charge in the sun and they work fine. Quick word of advice, these are shipped with a partial charge. Turn them on for a few seconds to see if they work. If they do, chances are they will charge just fine. If they don't, chances are they won't ever charge no matter how long they sit in the sun. I was going to give these 3 stars, but the seller responded and sent replacements quickly, so for that, I added 1 additional star.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with these solar lights. They seem fine at first, but the charging performance is very poor. Even after being left in direct sunlight to charge, the lights only stay on for a few minutes before going out. I tried charging them on multiple days, but the result was the same. The main purpose of a solar light is to store enough energy to work through the night, so this is a major issue. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them.
