Did the job, I'm very impressed how it sounds on my particular vehicle, I was worried about it sounding like a fart can but it definitely is far from that. I definitely recommend flowmaster if you like a nice deep rumble

Installed this on my 2015 Hemi Dodge Ram. Sounds fantastic. Throaty and aggressive but not overwhelmingly loud. I wanted something that just let me hear that Hemi without pissing off the neighbors. With this muffler you need a single 3” pipe (I think it was 16 or 18” long, bought from pep boys for $16) and two 2.5” couplers that step down to 2.25” (2.25 is a the stock exhaust pipe size after the muffler.) I’m a very amateur welder, with an amazon special $100 mug welder, but I welded them on after mocking it up and tac welding them in place, then you can fully weld off-vehicle. Then all I had to do was use one 3” band clamp and two 2.25” band clamps to put it on. Whole process took about 3-4 hours because I’m slow. Would buy again.

Excellent product from a exceptional company, sounds amazing

This is a classic and iconic go-to muffler for all truck owners looking to convert to dual tailpipes and get that sweet, deep rumble. I put this on my father’s 2004 Silverado 5.3L after I removed the catalytic converters and it really roars like an old school truck. Sounds great at start-up, idle, and cruising. Wide open throttle isn’t as loud as other truck brands but I believe is specific to the Chevy LS engines. All in all, this is a great muffler and was a good purchase. I would recommend finding the stainless steel version to prolong the life of the muffler.

Exactly what I was looking for

Fits good on a 2017 Ram 1500. Nice tone to it .not as loud as the super 10 that was on it but still sounds good.

Like always, Flowmaster makes a great product. Very happy with the sound and lil extra ooompf from their exhaust systems.

Sounds great on my 5.7 ram

I have a 2017 Ram 1500 with 5.7 Hemi with factory dual exhaust. I ordered this muffler on a Monday, was expected to be a week before delivered. I was stoked to see it was delivered by Friday afternoon before I got home the same week. I did leave the resonators on so all I did was had muffler swapped. Only thing you can hear a little now and then is when it kicks MDS in. It's a small trade off for that nice growl and rumble out the back. Had it installed this past Friday at a local shop where they had to make a couple custom pipes so it would fit properly because the factory muffler is 2x the length. This muffler makes that Hemi sing 😍 a good tone at idle and start up and let's me know it's there when I'm getting up to highway speeds. Overall very impressed with delivery of this item from the seller and the performance and sound my truck puts out with this muffler. I will definitely buy again in future if needed.
