The idea behind them is wonderful. I thought my kids would love them and they did--but for only a short period of time. The way you can build with them is very cool and fun. It just didn't hold their interest for that long. They are a great price compared to legos I tell you that much. And you can do a lot with them. I was hoping my kids would love them, they simply just loved them for a few days. And my kids are very creative and artistic. We saw these on Shark Tank. I think it's a really cool toy! I even played with them myself.

Worth the expense. Kids enjoy the flexibility and adaptability. It unlocks creativity beyond Legos - which seem like dinosaurs next to these awesome Pinblocks. Will be ordering more soon.

Pinblocks are amazing. This set comes with 1,000 small pins in five different pastel colors. I am girls at home and so this was great. Such a simpe design, yet so many possibilities.I would love to say that this set is great for both education and creatitvity. In terms of education, we used this for addition, fractions and even multiplication. I am still discivering new ways on how to use the amazing blocks.For the creativity aspect, this set is endless. My nephews (two and four) came over, one was making a "water shooter" and the other a snake. It is amazing how this set can be manipulated and changed.These pins are small and requires some skill, but the more the kids play, the better they get.I want to point out, my 2 year old nephew has advanced fine motor skills. This set is very small and not meant for young children.Ovearll, this set is amazing. I have shown it to parents, kids and teachers. They are loving this set. These pinblocks are amazing. My daughter and husband can't get enough of building things with them. Crowns, bridges, buildings, and more. The way they can be maninpulated and turned to make lots of angles has been really fun. As fans of Legos, we have discovered a whole new world of building. A great birthday gift idea for kids - they are so easy to put together. We like these colors for our daughter. She loves bright and pastel colors - we got a box of both color sets.
