I gave 4 out of 5 stars of value for money, perhaps a bit mean as it is quality item, but it is a bit pricey so I use if needed because of this (you get what you pay for!). Our family love this bread mix, but we call it more a cake as you don't need butter on it and it's sweet. It's very easy to use with quality ingredients - but because you have to add some ingredients like bananas (and egg) and margarine, then this makes the loaf/cake expensive! We love how versatile it is and environmentally useful? - as you can use over ripe bananas and if your not a vegan you can use an egg instead of an extra banana (BRILLIANT!). We have made both depending on what we have in the cupboard and they are both equally moorish! You only need a thick size slice as it's more filling than it looks and make sure as it says on the packet use large bananas -we used a couple smaller ones one day and it was a bit too dry! We love this so much as it is we haven't even tried experimenting with the optional cinnamon and other flavours and additions like choc buttons, dried fruit or nuts etc. It's quick to make and very addictive healthy cake that we keep reordering! VERY YUMMY!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I provide home made cakes for a charity and very few people have the skills to provide form free cakes and yet more people have food allergies or specific requirements. I find these cakes are very easy to make, delicious to eat and really appreciated by those looking to enjoy themselves safely. So I thank the manufacturers for making this such a pleasure to do.

Great flavour and quality ingredients overall. However, some mixes had unexpectedly large chunks of banana, which affected the texture a bit.

I'm not vegan so used normal butter and it turned out very nice! Only complaint wich isn't with the item or company is that amizon put on ID needed at delivery wich is ridiculous for a cake mix but I tald company and there looking into it!

I was very excited to trying this because of all the positive reviews but I was actually a bit disappointed mainly for the fact that tastes a bit too sweet.

Gorgeous! I can't have refined sugar due to a gastric bypass but wanted cake. My son (17) is also careful about what he eats but loves cake. These are easy to use and delicious. The chocolate cake which iced with a sugar free fudge icing was the best chocolate fudge cake I have had in years. The brownie mix goes so fast it is unbelievable.

I chose creative nature as their products are gluten free and sugar free! The chocolate brownies taste amazing & so does the banana loaf - I haven’t made the others yet but looking forward to sampling them. Much better than expected yummy taste & sooo simple to make, I will be ordering again! Thank you - What a find!
