Hi, I personally wouldnt recommend that. Based on personal experience, I feel you get the most out of this product when you combine wearing it with some form of moderate to high intensity activity which causes your core to heat up. I personally dont think this product can shape a body without proper exercise.

Would this help with diastase?

Wouldn’t like to say you’ll need to speak to a professional, my physio suggested it for my son as a temporary measure for his scoliosis.
