Is it as easy as 1...2...3?

Put in roll of film, take picture in bright light, try to find a place to process into 3d, get discouraged, put in closet for 10 years.

where to get film processed?

I process the film myself and create the 3d digital image using photoshop after I scan the negatives. Unfortunately I don't think you can do it any other way. If you are on Instagram, search the hashtag #nishika8000 and you will see some examples of 3d digital images made with this camera.

Who developes the 35mm 3D film

It is no special 3d film require. You can use any usual film. Camera does 2 pictures at one frame

Is anyone still (as of May 2018) processing the film, and more importantly making the lenticular prints?

The prints, no, but I am processing the film still and making them into GIFS. I got samples on my Instagram. LawNishika is my user name.
