My female dachshund has been driving me nuts with her allergies! I talked to my sister and it actually was her husband who told me about this product. All I can say is thank God! I get this delivered as a subscription order so I don’t forget to order it. She would get dry itchy patches on her back, loss of hair, the itching would drive her crazy! She’s been on this product for over 2 years and she looks great! No more flaky itchy patches. She’s much calmer. She comes running when I tell her it’s time for her medicine. She loves the flavor and smell. If you have a dachshund who seems to be allergic to everything including grass, try this! Hope this review helps.

My poor doggo has struggled with a rash on her stomach and nothing the vet had given or recommended seems to help. We went with a natural alternative and these are by far the best option! She no longer itches and seems to love the taste. They smell a little different upon opening the package but nothing crazy. She acts like her normal self while taking these, eats normal, drinks normal, and had no digestive issues. These are by far very effective and are a lot cheaper than a lot of other options on the market!

Dog allergies were awful this year for our area. I got these for our dog and it definitely helped some, but sadly he got to the point he needed vetrinary assistance. These did work awesome last year by themselves, but according to the vet it was the worst year they had ever seen. in our area for pet allergies. Bonus was he thought they were always a treat!

My Yellow Lab has awful allergies. She has them year round, but the Spring and Fall are definitely the worst. I've bought this product a few times and it seems to help. It doesn't stop her scratching and her ears and belly still look pink, but she does seem more comfortable. I hate having to give her antihistamines. I found that I can't give her the normal dosage, as she gets loose stool. She is 76 pounds, so the dosage should be six chews and my dog that's 42 pounds, should get 3 chews. Both of them had awful gas and loose stool at this dosage. I am now giving them 4 and 2 chews, respectively. I think NaturVet has many good products and I'm sure this one may work for those, that don't have as severe an issue, as my Lab. Update my review!!!! I find that if you divide the amounts, morning and night, it works better. So my smaller dog get one in the morning and my big Lab gets 2 in the morning. In the evening, the smaller one gets two and the larger dog get four. No upset stomach then. The Lab has very bad allergies, I would say that this helps her by about 80 - 85 %. She is not constantly scratching and rubbing her face, plus her ears and belly are not red all the time. Her ears just look a little pink and I put some aloe lotion on them. My small dog, is probably at about 95% with this. He has goopy eyes some mornings, but that is it.

My girl loves these chews and they help with her allergies.

Did not help my dog in the slightest and I had to hide them in slices of turkey sandwich meat to get him to eat them, alternating with just the turkey! He's big, so I was giving him four. I didn't want to give zero stars even though they did nothing for him because he may just be a one-off dog. I tried other solutions that didn't work either, so he's going to the vet tomorrow.

My dog (Jaxson) usually gets bumps on his back from time to time. At one point he had a lot of them so I took him to the vet and the prescribed some sort of foam product similar to this one and said the bumps were due to an allergic reaction to something. The prescribed foam worked great but when it ran out I didn’t want to have to call or visit the vet every time he ran out. I tried this product in hopes that it could be a non prescription replacement and it has worked great. Within only a few days all of the bumps on Jaxson’s back have gone away and he hasn’t had any adverse reaction to using it. If your dog has similar issues I would definitely suggest trying this product.

Hemp Allergy Relief chew helped relieve my dog's itching after 3 weeks. I also had to continue giving her the apoquel. Remi was not fond of the taste but I could get her to eat it if I mixed it with her kibble and added warm water. But buyer beware... I gradually noticed her becoming less active and just acting like she didn't feel all that good. I continued the chews and about 5 days ago she began to throw up and have loose bowels and then diarrhea. I no longer gave her the allergy chews, kept her on her regular food diet, and added some rice to her kibble for a couple of days. After 3 days, she was back to normal and I cannot get over how much her energy has improved! She is playing with her toys again and enjoying her walks. It was difficult to know how to rate this product because I do believe it helped relieve the itching; and since all dogs are different, this may not cause lack of energy, loose stools and diarrhea in another dog but I will not give this to my dog again.
