This thing was great. I stuck it to the back of my key fob, so I no longer have to have dangling keys hanging off my belt. The red tape off the back is difficult to remove, but that’s why it works so well because it’s so sticky.

I like this clip — it works well and fits just right on a Leatherman tool. But let’s be real: the included 3M adhesive is about as good as it gets for peel-and-stick, and that’s still not saying much. If you want something that actually holds, skip the adhesive and epoxy it straight to the tool.If you’re already looking at this clip, chances are you know what you’re doing. So do it right: epoxy it down, then wrap it tight with electrical tape while it cures. It’s one of the best aftermarket clips you’ll find for a Leatherman that doesn’t come with one already — just depends how far you want to go with the install.

The media could not be loaded. Great pocket slip for things without clips. Its is long enough to grab and hold but not so long as it is too long for many small objects, and is deep enough for pockets and belts and holds its shape over time. The 3M adhesive sticks when applied accoreding to directions and some common sense - its not for cloth or silicone, for example. I bought one of these in 2018 and had it on a clunky smartphone on my belt 6 days a week, for almost three years and the adhesive NEVER weakened. This is one of those products that does exactly what its supposed to do. I posted a brief video on how this made my favorite pocket multi tool better.

The adhesive is fantastic and holds super well. I’m a big fan of the brand. The only problem is that it’s very tall. It makes it just a little awkward in the pocket and makes it easy to catch and bend. Wouldn’t be as big of an issue if the metal was a little heavier duty. Overall it’s a pretty good product and really your only good option if you have a knife or flashlight or something that the clip is broke and they don’t sell replacements.

The tape separated in less than a month.I’m updating this review because I used the Nite Ize website to try and get a refund for this. I received three smaller and thinner strips of the adhesive tape by mail. No instructions, no nothing just the tape and an empty envelope. I suppose I’m supposed to replace the faulty tape with this new stuff. Why should I have to do this for them? I would rather have a complete refund and move onto a product that works when I purchase it, I will not buy any Nite Ize products after this .
