Perfect!!
We got in a panic as the weather for our daughter's reception did not look like it was going to cooperate. We looked for a tent to rent and it was going to be $800. We found this online and decided to go for it. It arrived on time. It took 6 of us to set up but it was very easy. We had 640 square feet of extra space quickly. It was durable in our winds and looked amazing for the wedding. Although I intend to sell this because I don't see a need to store it, I am very satisfied with everything about this. Highly recommend.

Not impressed with their customer service at all
I ordered one of the 32x20 shelters, the product its self Is great. I had a storm sneak up on us while the unit was up and some poles got damaged. I called customer service and was told they could not/would not sell parts, they only sell the whole unit. I asked for clarification to make sure that I understood correctly. I asked him if basically I needed to buy an entire new $700 plus unit in order to get the 6 poles I need and was told "yes, that is correct". Again, it's a great product unless you need some parts for it....comments added on 10-22-24: I was contacted by customer service rep after posting this review, I will say that they bent over backwards to get me all the parts that I needed. Shipment of parts was fast and I can now use the tent again. I am so happy they reached out to me after the initial phone call. this product has been great!

Beautiful and sturdy tent we love it.
So I just purchased this tent instead of renting one for $550 for a 4hr party and I am very satisfied. If we use it twice (AND WE WILL!) it will more than make up for renting one. Very easy to assemble with 3 guys. Had 9, 8' tables with 8-10 chairs at each table with room to spare 70-80 people pretty comfortable. I hung a projector in the middle and 2 tvs on the vertacle poles for a slideshow during the party. When the party was over we brought our large bounce house into the tent for the kids and they loved it! Also great for movie nights in the yard. And this tent is beautiful!!! I'd buy it again and If you have the room to store it (because there are lots of parts) I'd say go buy it. Even if you used it once and turned around and sold it for half the price it would cost less than renting one. We have 2 young children that will have many parties, camp out/ movie nights.

Good product for the price and kept us dry in the rain
Used the tent recently for a family party with 60 attendees. Unfortunately it ended up raining most of the day and everyone was really happy that we had purchased the tent to keep them dry and still enjoy the day. Everyone was complementing on how nice the tent was for the price. The tent kept us dry during the entire day and even during heavy rains at night. It took a few hours to install with 3 people, but it should be faster the next time now that we have figured it out. The only problem we had is that 2 of the connector pieces had issues...one did not have a hole to insert the quick connect button and the other part had a misaligned hole that did not match one of the cross bars on the bottom. We had to drill these out ourselves in order to get them to work. All in all a good product for the price.

Good design and value
Based on the reviews I read, I was surprised that 2 of us could put it up in less than 2 hours and I took it down by myself in a little over 1 hour. Directions were sparse, but if you planned out your sequence in advance there was little wasted time. The guide lines were totally inadequate, but replacing them with 5/16" anchor line and 12" tent stakes produced a very stable structure that would withstand significant stress. The attachment of the Velcro strips to the side and end pieces needs to be upgraded as the stitching will not withstand much stress. I plan on taking these pieces to a local tent company and have these strip attachments reinforced to better withstand wind. The shipping boxes will have to be replaced with canvas bags for storage as they barely made it to my place in tact. As a design engineer, there are some changes I would recommend to improve the strength of the structure, but for the price, it is a very good value.

Value, you get what your paying for.
So this was cheaper than renting a tent for a party I wanted to host. Before you buy ask yourself:Are you willing to spend the time putting up and packing up the tent on the same day. You should ideally have four people that are relatively strong and helpful.I say the same day because it should not be left out in rain or windy conditions. It is not meant to be put up for long periods of time.If you are hosting a party and tired at the end of the day your not going to want to spend a few hours taking it down and storing it.We used a bunch of zip ties to store the poles and a sharpie marker to label each part as some of the stickers fell off. We also used three large Rubbermaid style totes for the canvas, clips, connectors. It’s a lot of work and I will be honest it did fall down on one occasion and my husband had to repair it and buy new parts etc. we also had some grommets that arrived ripped. He is handy and fixed those. All that being said we are happy with the purchase. We read the previous reviews and expected this to be a one day use item. We have used it for three events now and everyone loves the tent. I do wish they offered replacement parts but as others have said , buying fence post is sturdier.I was disappointed that some photos show the pipes white, mine are all galvanized metal in appearance.

Doesn’t last
I will say it’s very nice to look at and not bad to put together but when the weathers bad the whole thing will collapse. if you put it inside a building it would be fine but don’t put it out in the weather if the wind blows at all. The stitching is terrible, plus when we told them we would like our money back the snotty (B) in the office was horrible to deal with and called my wife names. Then we tried to get Amazon to help us out and when OutSunny found out what we did they told us to stick it up our you know what. And this is the truth, very unsatisfied customer. The plus side is I’ve got tarps forever & I can regain a small amount to scrap the iron.
