This helmet is much lighter than my other riding lids. And I like the low profile, close-to-the-skull look. I don't feel like I have a bird cage on my head. The vents, though not as plentiful as what you typically get in a riding helmet, still provides plenty of air flow and cooling. I bought the L/XL (57cm-59cm) size. It fits my 56 1/2 cm head perfectly. No extra padding needed.
