Further to the below, a year on I can still scarcely believe that a couple of webbing straps and a carabiner can be such an effective training device. You really KNOW when you have used it. Initially I followed the plentiful online resources and as my experience with it grew I used this to branch out on my own. It truly is an amazing tool. So underrated and so far under the radar, buy one, learn to use it, keep an open mind and prepare to be amazed. One of the simplest, most cost effective things of any kind I have ever owned. I still can’t get my mind around it, it defies belief.I am a longtime Bullworker addict, I have had and still use a green handled Bullworker from the early 1970’s and and X5 from the mid 1980’s both still in very regular use and absolutely faultless after close to 5 decades for one and 4 decades for the other a true testament to their build quality and value for money.On a whim I purchased an iso-bow, wow! What a simple and simply brilliant device, so versatile and effective a true case of not judging until you try it. It is brilliant I can’t put it down and it goes literally everywhere with me. Just get one and you will be amazed.Now for the Iso-flo, having been overwhelmed with the iso-bow I took the plunge and treated myself to an Iso-flo. Totally blown away with it, I know it might seem expensive for what it appears to be but it is so much greater than the sum of its parts. Pleasant and such fun to use, it provides endless possibilities and can be as taxing or gentle as you want, to quote Bullworker “you control the resistance you control the results “ It is as with the Iso-bow truly addictive, encouraging you to explore and exercise and leads to simply amazing results. The more you use either apparatus the more you want to use them. Open your mind, give them a chance and reap the rewards. I can not recommend them highly enough. EXCELLENT 10/10

A high quality product that will out last you. Great strong comfortable hand grips like iso bow, but straps are more than double thickness. Iso Flo has many isometric excercise in its own right & can expand the Bullworker excercises. Great complete gym in 1.2kg travel pack. Iso Flo is such a versatile equipment.

Well constructed, convenient and handy carry bag with 2 spiral bound booklets. i like to change my approach and add variety to training. So far have used the ISO Bow program for 10 weeks and notice more way more muscle definition and shape. It was just the change I was looking for. I have tried the flow and its excellent will do that one next and add in a few of the bow exercises. There is also a PDF download of each on the BULLWORKER Site. I love the iso bow and the convenience it offers. If you use it with constancy and effort results follow.

This is a compact neat and stand alone system. The the ISO-FLO program is quite challenging and gives a total body workout feeling. The ISO-BOW gives an added dimension which can be used in conjunction or separately. Both come with a good selection of exercises and starter programs. Certainly recommended.

Portable home gym.Used in conjunction with barbells etc, it has produced pleasing results.I'm 61, and I'm rebuilding muscle mass after a serious illness in 2019.Younger, fitter people will get even more from it.Used on the beach, in the garden, and in my home gym...very portable, easy to change springs, and I have no complaints.

Been using the Iso-flo for Isometric exercises from Paul Wade's The Isometric Manual and feel it does do the job. Though I wish the straps where a lot longer to go further with Over Head Presses, that would be very useful. But still it's a good product I'd recommend people for a cheap alternative to the Iso-chain.

Appareillage de très bonne qualité, Bullworker est un modèle dans le genre.L'utilisation selon le livret fourni devient très simple au fur et à mesure de des entraînements.Il manque toutefois un mousqueton en plus de ce qui est fourni, ce qui, il me semble, devrait s'exprimer dans l'usage d'une porte.

it's amazing what you can do with just straps for isometrics and self resistance motion as in ("iso-motion")!

Works really well, comes with lots of exercises you can do everyday. Super convenient, strong, durable. Doesn't break, is sturdy. Amazing way to do resistance training using gravity and your own bodyweight. Best if you don't want to use weights and do at-home workouts.

This equipment completes the picture of isometric and dynamic motion for muscles exercise. This equipment has a learning curve which I am still working on but I am excited at the journey ahead!
