By far the best looking, best made, most lights, this umbrella clicked off everything i was looking for

We bought this to replace an umbrella we had for over 4 years. We spent the extra money for this "nicer" umbrella. I put it up the first night and it looked really nice, lights came on - and we were very happy. The happiness latest 3 hours until I had to crank it down later that same night. I thought I was doing something wrong because the crank was really hard to turn. I thought for sure I was going to break the handle off. I finally got it down because a storm was coming and we were having people over the next night. We barely got the umbrella all the way up for the party. I tried to crank it down again and the handle twisted off and the rope came off inside the crank case. This umbrella lasted 2 days!! Well, 1 day really. I asked for a replacement and they sent another one. I just put up the replacement umbrella - went up nice and easy, lights came on - but you guessed it - I went to crank it down and feel like I am going to bust the crank again. I re-read the directions thinking there must be a button you push when you crank it down? No. It is just a poorly designed, over priced umbrella.Do yourself a favor and keep shopping - DO NOT BUY this.

The only thing I don’t like is that the umbrella is difficult to crank open and closed. It shouldn’t be for the price!

Tried 2 different umbrellas both the rope broke within a week, only a couple uses!! Not what I expected from an umbrella twice the cost of my old one!! If it wasn’t for that we loved everything else about this umbrella.

Fabric is wonderful. Rich looking and sturdy. I don’t think I will be throwing this one away after one season, like the Home Depot one.

Umbrella is very hard to wind down and hard to tilt. Also the lights don’t work.

Loved it until the wind blew and it bent. Flimsy pole. Now that its bent it’s lopsided and we can’t get it to stand up remotely straight. Have to buy another. Not worth $270 for less than one season. Such a shame.

Had to return the 1st umbrella ordered due to issues. The replacement was sent to us quickly and works perfectly! Very pleased with this product!
