Which country is it manufactured from

The product photography in the listing shows product of Turkey.

No idea....check with manufacturer. Delicious product though, rich and creamy and pours beautifully 😁

I bought this, used it once and put it in the fridge. 2 years later I started making hummus again and it was fine. The oil sits on the top and preserves it.

It is not bitter at all. It's a very good tahini in my experience. Pure sesame delight. Good luck.
