Love Celeriac
The saltiness of the celeriac adds a nice rich flavour to anything you add it to. They also make good chips as well! Make sure you peel these guys though, they have very porous skin so even if it looks clean, dirt can easily be trapped inside.These guys also help cut the calories in mash as well, they are also low in carbs but remember; carbs arent your enemy. Human diets should consist of at least 45% carbs per day. Dont fall for fad diets.

I liked the celery like flavour of theCeleriac. I used it mixed with equal parts of Potato mashed together.

Unexpectedly pleasant little veg
I had never heard of this vegetable before doing Keto but it's the answer to your prayers if you're missing potatoes.It smells like celery BUT it tastes like parsnips and nothing like celery at all!!It's amazing chopped up and made into chips or potatoes, I'd recommend making chips with it in an airfryer, so amazing!
