What temperature heat gun is needed?

After it has been heated is it stiff or flexible?

Both actually. Though not as flexible as before the heat treatment, they can still be versatile enough to make the wire follow predetermined paths. I was able to bend the joints when wiring a Model A.

What is the texture like, is it grippy like rubber?

The texture is grippy. A little bit less grippy compared to rubber.

Are these ul listed as sutable for wet locations?
