If you want to eat a lot of cayenne, this will work. This pepper had half the heat of my previous cayenne so I added birdseye pepper to the mix and it is got more punch but changed the flavor a bit. Hard to find organic with higher BTU's.

I was looking for a very strong version of the cayenne pepper and as a chef this is important to me. So I am a bit disappointed.

For this product rated at 45,000, it is not hot at all. We've purchased 30,000 from Frontier that was much hotter. Very disappointed.
