Milligrams missing ( but refunded for the milligrams missing )
5 milli gram missing I ordered 10 gram 999 silver white lotus coin , but there is only 9.95 grams are there , what about remaining 5 milligrams weight for the coin, But the authenticity certificate was mentioned Minimum gross weight is 10 gram but the coin didn't achieve the exact weight which was stamped on the coin ( 10 gram ) feel cheated , But package was nice ( coin box only ) EDIT On 1st july, Amazon seller chat page on amazon app ( precious moments by Acpl ) was contact me for issue resolve And then I sended the images of milligrams missing 999 acpl white lotus silver coin on the digital scale ( image ) They are understood and give two option 1. Return of coin (or) 2. Refund the rupees for the missing weight ( mg ) of that coin I select the refund option , and next within some hours I have received 103 rupees in my Amazon pay balance account Feel's good ...
