The product is a good product but for me it was to strong. It gave me very vivid crazy dreams. I stopped taking it to see of it was the supplement, then I took one in the morning after a couple of days & had the vivid dreams again. So I've stopped them completely.

This has helped my migraines tremendously! I’ve had migraines since I was 14. In the last 5 years found out gluten and stress were migraine triggers. Stress is difficult to manage.
