I really really want to like it. I like the design at first but ...
I really really want to like it. I like the design at first but after I use this for a while I found lots of problems. For normal use, I wash my bottle everyday but water will trap in between the white solid outer casing and the bottle. Like the other review said they are impossible to remove and clean out and then it lead to mold. Since it's transparent, I can clearly see how disgusting it is. The same thing happen on the cap as well. The bottom part of the lock can easily to grow mold too. I used this for 2 months and I see mold grew in the rubber part of the cap and I can't wash that off. ( Sorry about the disgusting pictures, but I think that can clearly explain what's going on) Also, don't open the cap with empty bottle. Since the cap is heavier than the bottle, it can't be stand with the cap opened. I opened mine and it stand for 3 second then it fall on the floor and it's broken. This is a pretty bottle that I got a lot of compliments because of its outlook. However, this is not a practical water bottle for daily use. I hope they can improve their design to make it to be a more practical water bottle. At least, If there is a way that I can clean out all the dirt, I will give it a 4 stars.

Bad Quality and Customer Service
I bought the bottle because it looks durable and the design is great. However, I am so disappointed after receiving the product. I found that one side of the bottle (the halo) is not aligned. With such a high price, I am disappointed how bad the quality of the bottle is! Also, KOR has never replied my message even they have seen it on the facebook page. I wish they would have a better customer service.If KOR can see this review, I hope you could improve your customer service and the quality of the product. I am considering replace the bottle with another one but I am afraid of getting a bottle with similar defect.

Surprised to be super-satisfied
I am another water bottle seeker and am not unhappy with paying the $$ for this one. A few things to note that make this a superior bottle for everyday use:1. It is oval. This, with the textured side panels, enhances grip.2. It has a rubber cushion on the bottle. It's not going anywhere when you put it down.3. The flip top opens all the way--and stays out of the way while drinking. This is a key selling point for me. I'm tired of screw-off caps that end up on sometimes dubious tabletops or falling to the floor or simply disappearing.4. The "perfect spout" really is kind of amazing. And it is small enough to prevent sloshing. (Note that the bottle is ideally sipped from the side or narrow end of the oval, with cap to the side.)5. The bottle is super lightweight, make it much more desirable--for me--than some of the heftier glass bottles.6. The angled handle is attractive but, more important, ergonomically designed so that you can easily carry the bottle and keys or a bike lock in one hand.7. The only drawback that I've found is that the large size is too big to fit in a car cup holder. Still, the latch is secure enough to make me feel comfortable dropping it in the passenger seat--when it's not in backpack side pocket, which easily stretches to fit.

Amazing water bottle
I have been on the market for a water bottle for a while before buying the KOR Delta.I knew a didn't want a stainless steel bottle - I had a couple, but I didn't like the way the water taste out of them, plus I like to see how much water I've left. I thought to go with a water bottle, but they're usually heavy and on the fragile side, and I am always on the go. So plastic seemed the only option left, of course BPA free.After comparing various options I got a KOR Delta 500ml (Orchid). I love it! I liked the design, the color, and the little inspirational token you see when you open it. The spout is the perfect size, it's well protected from germs, and I like that the button to open the cap is secured. Also the handle is ergonomic, and the bottom has cushioned base that prevents the bottle from slipping on flat surfaces. When I brought it to the office it captured everyone attention :D Unfortunately, it lasted only few months: my husband melted it in the dishwasher (it is dishwasher safe, but top shelf ONLY and he didn't know...). I was really sad.So I got a new one! This time I decided to bui the 750ml (always Orchid), since I could use that 250ml more. This is a bit heavier than the smaller one (dah), but it's still light for its capacity. Still like it a lot!Bottom line: it's an amazing water bottle - just pay attention not to melt it.

Too much for a bottle somehow... will come with mold!
*UPDATE* I emailed Kor's customer service to find out if they could replace the gasket but instead they are replacing it entirely (they do have a lifetime warranty on their product). With their email reply, they sent me a lengthy email explaining how to keep my bottle clean. Which is nice, but I guess they don't understand that somehow things will still find their way (include still water) inside their mysterious nooks and cranies of the bottle.original review-The concept and design of the bottle is supposed to be fun, *but* the real thing isn't all that fun .... the rubber gasket on the lid gets moldy and for the life of me I cannot clean it off. You are supposed to put a life mantra or something in that space (which I haven't done) so that every time you drink you "feel good" about yourself. But how can I when I see mold encircling the mantra? Basically what I see is how I feel about this bottle. I feel that the designers tried a little too hard to set themselves apart from this billion dollar bottle industry. In addition to the mold, it seems that over time, sand, dirt, moisture, and other stuff will somehow get into every nook and crany of this bottle. Too bad that the colored plastic is not removable because that would solve about 1/3 of my problems.I do like that it is sturdy, somehow the latch hasn't broken off yet (as flimsy as it feels, it's actually well built). I like the handle on top actually, despite the top being bulky when opened ... I didn't think I would. My husband chose this bottle, so I went with it despite my reservations.That mold, though....
