Yep...but only if you use a grinder to break them up--they're too hard as they are.

Q: Does anyone else loae the bitterness taste? At first it was really bitter. Now, nah. Did I just get use to it somehow? Or did it lose it's potency?

I could never get used to the bitterness. In which case I would put the recommended amount (3) every day in a smoothie. Hope this helps!!

I don't know the answer but sure would like to hear what the manufacturer has to say! If they are irradiated then it probably destroys the benefits and could even cause more harm.
