Great product. Light weight. Attractive. Easy to use and handle. No comment on stairs as I have none.

light weight, easy to use and clean, cleans well, no attachments not too good for stairs. Very noisy, domestic use. Dose leak from bottom when left, but just run over and pick up water. Overall, cheaper rang, but it will clean you carpet well. I am very pleased with this product. Thank you.

Never worked.Tried the obvious like changing the fuse but you'd have thought they'd have tried it before posting it out.

Bought this after a bad experience with a leaking defective Vax. At least the Tower was easy to set up and use, without any leaks, but it wasn't as good as we hoped for carpet cleaning. It did remove some background dirt, but didn't remove spots or stains. The water suction and pickup isn't brilliant either. Reasonable value for the cost, but a little disappointed.

Had this a few months now and thought I should set the record straight as alot of the negative reviews are VERY unjustified imo, I've used alot of other carpet cleaners over the years ranging from little home VAXs to big industrial/professional extraction cleaners and I can honestly say I am very impressed with this very cheap machine!! My only real criticism is the handle could be 3/6" longer and the trigger button could be a softer plastic as after a while depressing it starts to hurt a little

Used this product for getting stains out of carpet,did an excellent job.

Just as expected just right for normal carpet cleaning the supplied shampoo is great but if your problem is deeply embedded stains from heavy foot traffic areas you will need a good stain remover and maybe two applications with the shampoo and this good machine
