This is really bad product. The whistle does not function. The steam is released from the other end of the niple fitted.We tried all the basic trouble shooting but same result.The most stupid issue is there is a 24x7 contact mentioned on the site. But when dial it says service unavailable.Pls give appropriate contact so that we get our value for money.😠

Replacement.
I have tried to cook four time, it does not whistle. the volve do not pump up to block the gas, the air is leaking. Hence the problem. It appear to me that it is a minor manufacturing defect. I will be highly appreciated if the same is replace. You may please arrange to collect back the previous one.

Things you should know before purchase
As suggested it's easy to use, clean, open and ofcourse cook. Leakage/water flow from steam exhaust is 90% prevented due to swach design.I faced issues twice initially just after the purchase which is the pressure didn't build up and steam kept escaping. We have used around 30+ times till date and faced this issue only twice but still after putting this on the gas I always have an eye whether pressure is building up or not. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the purchase.
