Great cookies, but broken
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've had these before and they have a nice strong ginger flavor. Really good cookies. However they were shipped in a plastic shipping bag and were smashed.

Shipping with care matters
Product is very good, tastey and as described. I would hsve given it 5 stars if that was all I considered in my rating. I was very disapointed in the shipper packaging. The packages of cookies were just thrown into a large box without any buffering between packages. During shipping they slipped around inside the box. One package of cookies split open along a seam and cookies were spilled out into the shipping box. The second box was not damaged.Even some crumpled paper in the box with them would have buffered them and prevented the damage.
