It is not Teflon all stainless but not worth the money. Food sticks and needs to be soaked uneven heating and seems to be cheaply made

Mine is stainless outside, inside has a dark coating. It is not disclosed as to what surface your food is on. Now the dark coating is starting to develop some little dings inside.
