Hello, We do not currently offer the travel kit with the iPower X and is region-specific. The original iPower does come with the different plugs.

What’s the difference between ipower x and the dc ipurifier 3?

I think you are think about DC ipurifier 2. The difference is iFi ipowerX is a power supply. DC ipurifier 2 is a filter for your existing dc power supply. If you are asking about the sound difference then read my review on it.

I have a dac whose power suppy is 15v/400mA. I can use this ifi power x 15v/1 amp?

400mA... will work, u can try. just a waste (best case) or something will goes wrong. iPowerX as 1.5A. stronger than iPower2 or iPower. (even iPower has 1.2A btw)
