I got maybe 6 bags from chef sacs but this is the best one for the price and the quality

Sturdy material, solid stitching. The velcro is a great idea, and with a little bit of wiggle room between the knives it might actually stick. I wanted to love this bag, but it has one fatal flaw. This bag is ideal...in two dimensions. Lay it out on your bench and put in your hardware, everything fits great; but fold it over and try to zip it shut...nope. The whole bag needs to have an extra 1/2-3/4 inch more book-thickness; that would mean 1/2 inch thickness around the honing rod and 1/2 inch thickness all around the zipper, which just aren't here. There is just no way to put items in every pocket and get the thing closed. Absolutely forget folding your Benriner in. If you only load in five knives, a honing rod and a peeler and leave all of the fancy pockets empty, then it works and it might be your favorite knife bag ever.

This knife roll is best for a few items, but still holds quite a lot. It zips up, so it is secure and your knives and tools will not fall out. I like the inner pocket for smaller tools like my church key and tomato corer. I got the pink one and everyone in the kitchen knows it's mine. I only wish it had a D ring on the end for a shoulder strap or carabiner. I might just sew one on.

This bag is quality made. From the canvas type fabric to the zippers, interior pockets, etc. It's all very nice. Will easily hold up in a professional kitchen environment. I couldn't be more satisfied for the price. Highly recommend. For the price I'd even recommend it for someone who isn't a professional. It's a good way to organize knives on the counter without a huge block, although a magnetic wall mount is my preferred method.

This is a good, durable, and perfectly useable knife bag. I stuffed this sucker full of ALL my knife's and it still zipped shut. It looks a little wired when I do that, but it still zips. It's a simple bag, but it's good for an everyday use.

Great little knife bag for my use. It fits 4 good size knives (8" Santuku, 8" Chef, 9" Carving, and a 8" Meat Cleaver. The meat cleaver fits perfectly in the cleaver pouch. I could fit 2 more small knives on the right side with the carving knife. Velcro hold blades in place perfectly so they aren't clanging around. I haven't put anything in the extra storage yet, but I think it will be perfect for the mineral oil that'll keep my custom knife set looking sharp.

Giving three stars because while the product does seem to be good quality, the pictures are misleading. There are not removable bags, they are fully attached pieces of the bag.
