This is a nice ceiling light. It is full of little bity LED lights. It is very bright and just what I needed for the laundry room. It lights the room very nicely.

I had purchased this as a replacement to the tired, buzzing 2 tube 12" x 48" fluorescent fixture in our kitchen. It was super easy to install. I did not have any issues mounting it or hiding wires as some have mentioned, because there was enough room the junction box to safely tuck everything away. While there is no 'raceway' cover to hide everything like on older fluorescent fixtures, the wiring between the LED drivers sat flush to the frame and was not visible once the diffuser was installed.As for the light itself, I chose this one from the AntLux collection because of its simple, clean, unobtrusive design, lumens and what I felt to be a fair price. It looked great and the light output was nice and even with no flicker. Unfortunately, it was just TOO bright & white for the space, so I had to return it. In our small, mostly white kitchen, it was literally like walking into an interrogation room. This is no fault of the fixture, just the caveat of buying something like this without being able to see it in your space first. I ultimately wound up going with a surface-mount, 4600 lumen, 12" x 48" flat-panel LED that has a switchable color temp (3000k was perfect). Regardless, I would highly recommend this light for a utility room or garage, as many here have shown with great results.Overall impressions and some other points to consider:- Great design, easy install (provided you have some experience).- Very bright, even light with no glare or flicker.- At 8500 lumens, light could be too bright for a smaller space.- 4000k color temperature may be too 'white', depending on the application.- The fixture itself was in its own box, but that box was shipped inside a ridiculously large Amazon box with no additional packing materials.- That said, it must have taken a hit resulting in a slight bend to the frame on one corner. It was subtle enough that I was able to flatten it out in a vice (with hard rubber cleats so as not to mar the finish).- When the switch was off, the LED strips would continuously flicker very faintly. It was not enough to be a problem, but it was visible in total darkness. However, this was likely due to having it controlled by an older, lighted Decora switch, with a deteriorated/flickering light element.- The seller was fantastic in answering questions and giving suggestions.

The LED light for my garage is amazing, easy to install and really lights up the area that it has been installed in. One of the best features is that there are no tubes to deal with.

We think the light output is less than what it states. May be the plastic cover reduces the effective light strength. We returned the item. We ended up using really powerful light using industrial type - yes thedecore is not that great BUT the light output is like have the sun in your kitchen!

We installed these in the garage and they are great.

I needed to replace some florescent lights in my garage and installed these. They are great and produce lots of light and really brightened up my garage vs the ones I had installed previously. These also need to be available with plug in cords and able to suspend them on a chain.
