Should the actual docking part for the vacuum be included too? Or is it sold without it?

The docking attachment is NOT sold with this stand - it is typically sold with the vacuum itself. Our Dyson V10 vacuum came with the docking station attachment.

For v11 outsize, will the head touch floor when hanging?

I have a V11 torque on this stand and it hangs above the floor slightly. It's a great stand and highly recommend it!
