Is there a pot to turn down the output voltage down to 18v?

Hello, There is a voltage adjustment pot, but it can not be turned down to 18V (21.6V minimum). However, the 15v model (LRS-350-15) can be adjusted UP to 18v output.

Does the fan run constantly when powered up, or is there a thermistor that turns the fan on and off when needed?

Will this work in an Ender 3 V2 printer?

I don't own an ender of any kind, so I don't know. If the voltage matches the enders requirement and the ender either saw "comes with an xxx watt power supply" or says "you need xxx watt power supply" then most likely this I'll work.
