BBD Travel Jewelry Organizer Case for Security and Earrings Storage - Black

I love this organizer!Now, I'm not the kind of person who wears a lot of jewelry on a day to day basis, especially not rings or earrings. However, when I go on vacation, I like to dress up a bit, depending on the location, and just like every other thing in my suitcase, my jewelery needs a home that's not a ziplock baggie.I have been looking for a travel organizer for my jewels for quite some time now and I can't even begin to describe how excited I got when I saw this item....and the price! After about 20 minutes of research and reading reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did! This organizer is exactly what I've been looking for!The three zipper compartments in the front of the book are not large. They're best used for small items like: studs, small watches, small bracelets, bobby pins, earring backs, rings, etc.The strap closures for earrings and necklaces were not easy to un-snap but weren't difficult either. A good thing!The zipper pouch that separates the earrings from the necklaces is spacious in length, but really can't hold much due to the thin size of the book. It is mainly meant to be a divider between the two compartments, though you can still fit a couple necklaces or bracelets that are a bit bulkier in there if you need to. Keep in mind, if you have both sides of the book stuffed to the gills with stuff and you do decide to place bulkier necklaces or bracelets into the zipper pouch divider, you may have to flatten it a bit to zip it up.The necklace straps in the back of the book are pretty self-explanatory and are one of the main reasons why I jumped at purchasing this product. I only wish there were at least two more!Ok. So like I said, I love this organizer! It's totally amazing. Far better than the silly little cube ones that definitely don't have necklace straps and the roll-up ones. I don't know about you, but I'm not crazy about the idea of rolling my jewelry up. Anyhow, if you're like me, and rolling your gems is not your thing, and you want a decent travel "suitcase" for them, instead.....my advice? Buy this organizer!!!

I was really looking forward to receiving this in the mail. I travel a lot and am always looking for ways to keep my jewelry organized and in one place. There are lots of pockets and different kids of holders, which is great. I think the one I received was sewn wrong because the top left zipper won't close. The pockets are rather tight on each of the compartments which concerns me that if I put anything bulky in it, that the others won't close either. The outside main zipper is really stubborn and takes some manipulating to get it to close. I think I will enjoy owning this, but would like to see some improvements made.

I waited until after my vacation to review this product. It's ok, but does not hold enough. The center zipper pocket, although it appears to be able to hold large items, really will not. If you put anything more than a small pendant or earrings in it, the entire case will not close up. The over all thickness of the case is only about 1 inch, so keep that in mind if you have large bulky necklaces or earrings. You will not be able to use this case for those items. It did help me keep my small earrings organized and keep my more dainty necklaces from getting tangled.

This case is pretty good in theory, but I was a little disappointed in the quality. I'd like it better if the outside were vinyl rather than the taffeta fabric. The fabric inside the case is pretty cheap as well. Some of the zippers and snaps are a bit hard to work. The earring area is very nice. The pockets hold bracelets. The snaps work ok for necklaces, but are positioned a bit to low to hold them without tangling. I can't imagine paying $50 for this case. At $24.99 it was a bit high.

I would be willing to pay much more to purchase one made of higher quality materials, like leather, though. I love that this is so compact I can throw it in my handbag even. I would definitely be willing to purchase an expanded version to perhaps include more earring holes, at least 2x the necklace snaps, and maybe another (exterior?) compartment for jewelry-type hair barrettes, clips, pins, etc. Leave this case as it is, though, because it's super for the price. I just think your concept has a lot of potential!

Does the job at a reasonable price! I would recommend to "lube" the snaps first. They were to tight & I was afraid they would rip off, so I googled and discovered to use a very light amount of Vaseline inside the snap (applied with a Q-tip). Also when opening the snap don't open by pulling up, but click it open sideways (if that makes sense).

This is a pretty good quality jewelry case. It will hold lots of jewelry, necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings. It has separate places for each and I believe it will travel well. I will be using this product on my vacation shortly... so I will update once I get back on how it did. and maybe even a few of my own pics for you to look at and help decide if this is the product for you.I highly recommend it and haven't even used it yet. Great quality, good price!

I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but I love earrings. This case let me take lots of changes when I was away for the summer and kept them organized and untangled. There was extra room for other items as well; the necklace holders kept them separated and easy to find.
