It actually works without leaving you restless at night, no jitters or shaky feelings, gives you energy but doesn't make you feel like you can't turn off (if that makes sense). I have been taking this for a month and have lost 12 lbs! Ever since I had my daughter, those last few pregnancy pounds seemed impossible to take off no matter how I ate or exercised, but taking this has helped me so much. This isn't a magic diet pill, you have to make a lifestyle change and incorporate healthy eating choices and exercise into your daily routine. It makes it a little rewarding if you give yourself a "cheat" day to have ONE of your favorite snacks or meals, but don't go overboard or over do it. I can't put in words how it feels to step on that scale and see that number going down! Is a Supplement that supports Energy levels and promote weight loss if taken properly.Recommended to take before or after meals twice a day but if your like me, you will probably end up taking both either upon waking up, or taking one after waking up then another before bed. But seriously, do make sure there is food in your stomach before you eat this, i have not had any side effect problems taking this but one things for sure that happens is if i’m already hungry when i take this, and proceed to not eat anything, my stomach would start crying until i do eat something. But thats just me everyone’s body works and reacts differently.It that if you want this product to work effectively i would recommend using this if your actively trying to lose weight through healthy eating, and exercise, you probably won’t see real results unless you take it this way, this is my personal opinion i have realized through experience myself.and i’m not saying that it wont work if you don’t exercise, I’m just saying that results will happen much slower if you choose to not maintain a healthy lifestyle while taking this supplement.Also i made sure to take a picture to show you that this supplement is in capsule form, and if your like me, who can’t swallow meds bigger than a Pea, your going to want to empty the capsule in something like yogurt or apple sauce and take it that way, so you won’t have to worry about gagging on the capsule.~I Received this product for free in exchange for my honest unbiased review~

they didn't do anything for me at all. I used Alli for 1 year in the pass and lost 50 lbs. So I guess I have to pay the price for Alli.

I have heard alot about Raspberry ketones and their health benefits before the use of this product. I like the small capsules.
