Just a really great snack
Herb's makes the best version of this product that I've found on the market. For many years I was a fan of TJ mamas and these have about the same flavor, but the texture is a lot nicer. Low fat content means I never get heartburn from these (should also be great for no-gall-bladder folks).

Don’t wast your money they were dry with no juice just buy them fresh from a store if you can

Tougher than normal
This order was a lot tougher than the no pork pickled sausages normally are… but I love these things, since childhood so it’s hard for me to give an unbiased rating :-)
