So far, excellent!
It arrived yesterday. Today it is hooked up and functioning fine. The only difficulty I encountered was because I already had an existing Wi-Fi extender. When I plugged this unit in, it tried to occupy the IP address that was already reserved. No problem, hit the reset button on the bridge and tried again. After that it grabbed a free IP address and was accessible via Wi-Fi for continued configuration. Now both my prior extender and this bridge are online and functioning.I bought this because I have an $800 USD name brand television that does not like to work over Wi-Fi on either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz bands. Sometimes it would connect but, not for long. Constant dropped connections were plentiful. That makes is hard to watch TV. I am currently limited on running ethernet throughout the house due to the location of the fiber drops location in the house. I had the TV connected via ethernet before but I got tired of tripping over the cable taped to the floor. So, due to a suggestion, I got this device due to its function and a suggestion from a friend. Switching that TV over to the ethernet from this device has functioned flawlessly. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent Ethernet Adapter
This is a simple, direct and outstanding product. No complications for set up. All crystal clear. This must be 6 STARS!!!!All you do is 1)Power the adapter, 2) Look for the Adapter name in your phone (inside your house and near your house router) and boom!!!! you are IN. Next, you move the adapter where you want it to be connected (in my case, my HEGEL 190 Amplifier for ROON access). And you are GOOD TO GO!

Works great with Tivo Minis
So happy that I took a chance on this!I'd been struggling to get my TiVo Minis working over MoCA ever since Cox swapped out our Tuning adapter a few weeks ago...no one could help from either TiVo or Cox. The TiVo Wi-Fi adapters were rather expensive and I could never get them to work either.Out of desperation, I bought one of these, configured it to connect to my Wi-Fi, and connected a CAT5 cable from the TiVo Mini into this device. After removing the MoCA configuration and restarting the Mini, all was working again. We have a TiVo Bolt and three Minis in our place...I'm so glad that we can now get all channels and recordings throughout our home.

Good, easy to use
I got a free repurposed computer that I set up in the spare bedroom. Since my router is in the living room this WiFi to ethernet adapter looked like a good solution for connecting that computer to my internet network. Despite the extremely easy set-up, my initial impression of this product wasn't good because while it did work I was getting slow internet speeds despite the WiFi signal being very strong. The fix was easy but didn't occur to me until after I wasted time with extensive troubleshooting even though it was actually the first or second thing that I should have tried. That's on me obviously but first set-up.I only needed to plug this into an outlet near my router, press the WPS switch on the router, then press the WPS switch on this adapter. In less than 30 seconds the indicator light showed that the adapter was connected to my network. Once connected I unplugged the adapter and moved it into the room where I needed to use it. In less than a minute the indicator showed that it was again connected to my network and I hooked the adapter up to my computer with an ethernet cable. I had internet.Unfortunately, the internet I had was slow. I tried streaming an Amazon Prime movie and it froze several times until Amazon switched to streaming in standard definition. To troubleshoot I tested the signal strength at the outlet where this WiFi to ethernet adapter was plugged in using an Android utility on my phone and the WiFi signal was very strong. I then experimented with connecting this to an extension cord instead of directly to the wall outlet and moving the adapter higher up to different shelves on either side of the computer desk but that made no difference because the problem wasn't with WiFi signal strength. I changed settings inside my router to prioritize the ethernet WiFi adapter. I temporarily moved the computer into the living room and connected it directly to my router to verify that the ethernet card wasn't bad. I finally decided the problem had to be the adapter so I gave this product a less-than-glowing review. Then a few days later I realized I'd missed one of the most obvious troubleshooting steps which was to power cycle my modem and router and low and behold the internet speed I was getting went from not being fast enough to stream anything in HD to fast enough to stream 8K video--the speed I was roughly the same as on my primary computer connected directly to the router via ethernet cable. The speed with this adapter has been stable and consistent in the three days since I did the power cycle so what had been a disappointing product suddenly gave me better internet speed than I ever expected before making the purchase.Unless something goes south in the near future (in which case I will update my review again) this appears to be an excellent option if you need WiFi internet on an ethernet-only device. Set-up is fast and easy via WPS (the manufacturer sent me an alternate non-WPS installation method but since power-cycling fixed my issue I didn't end up trying it). I can't say if this actually gets 1200Mbps because my internet service isn't that fast but I am getting roughly the same speed as on my devices directly connected to my modem via ethernet. If you do experience disappointing internet speeds after setting this up then try what I forgot to do and power-cycle your modem and router which is a simple process that takes just a few minutes.

Not what I wanted and not what is described.
The item description says nothing about it being an extender. But, it is. Once connected to the main WiFi it broadcats its own WiFi ssid. If I had known this I would never had made the purchase. Sure, it also does the bridge thing. The "also an extender" should have been disclosed in the description.I do not want more WiFi signals poluting my other devices. This is a major issue. I have spent a great deal of time optimizing the performace of my netowrk so it plays nice with the many competeing networks in the neighborhood. Adding yet another wifi broadcast defeats some of those efforts. I'd bet they call this a "feature", but for those that understand how WiFi works, you know it's not.Did I try it and does it do the bridge part well? I don't know. Maybe. I don't care. Once I saw that it is also an extender I reset to factory and boxed it up to be returned. It is described as a WiFi to Ethernet Adapter. The extension bit should have been disclosed in the description. We really should have an option to rate zero stars.
