I was very happy with these sage smudge sticks. The sage smelled fresh upon arrival, and the scent is pleasantly strong without being overwhelming. The smoke output is excellent and worked exactly as I was hoping. One thing that really stood out to me is how easily they stay lit. I’ve used other smudge sticks in the past that constantly go out and require relighting every few minutes. With these, I didn’t have that problem at all, which made the experience much more enjoyable. My only minor criticism isn’t really a fault of the product, it’s more the nature of sage leaves themselves. As the smudge stick burns and the binding cord begins to burn away, some of the smaller leaves can loosen and fall off. Because of that, I would recommend either using a catch plate underneath while smudging or wrapping a little extra sewing string around the bundle before use to help keep everything together as it burns. Overall, these are high-quality smudge sticks that smell great, produce plenty of smoke, and stay lit much better than many others I’ve tried. I would definitely purchase them again. 🌿✨

It's very hard to keep these bundles burning - no fear it won't go out, or will burn itself out if you fail to watch it carefully. The smell is strong, but it just won't stay lit. I've gone from kitchen matches to a lighter, doesn't make a difference. I'll try another brand next time.
