The packaging is very good and modern, and keeps the herbs fresh. It is difficult to find good packaging for herbs that keeps them fresh.

These Red Sage roots come from a trusted supplier to Phoenix Medical which is an official Chinese herbal dispensary located at Southampton University. They arrived in beautiful condition, well dried small pieces that look clean and fresh. I have not used them yet but I'm sure they will be "just what the doctor ordered" to help with arteriosclerosis. i will not hesitate to buy from this supplier in future.

Not sure what I’m supposed to do with bits of wood.I tried making tea with it, but it made me feel bad. Now I’m taking it as a supplement. Apparently it makes our blood rise. I’m okay taking it in the morning, but if I take it in the evening I struggle to sleep.
