144200 Replacement belt made with Kevlar. For Craftsman, Poulan, Husqvarna, Wizard, more.

Used for older craftsman tractor. Worked amazing. I don’t understand why people give this bad reviews. Maybe they ordered the wrong belt for their tractor. I had a slight problem installing the belt because it was tight. I am no mechanic by any means. But even I know that rubber stretches. This is not for the deck with long spring. The deck for this belt is a circle shaped moon looking spring. As I said, I did have a hard time getting it on, but after running for a few minutes and getting warm and stretching, it fit perfectly. I have mowed my lawn 4 times already with this belt with no problems at all. I believe people are buying this belt for their new tractor and it will not fit!! For older decks only This is a great quality belt that is definitely underpriced.

Good quality and have had no issues. Have cut grass 4 times since replacing and works just fine.

I ordered this because the picture was a Brand that I had used in the past and it worked and lasted a long time. what I received was a different brand, but it was a green colored belt that is a sign of a good lawn mower belt so I put it on and we will see how long it will last.

I am a well known small engine and motorcycle mechanic in my area with 40 years under my belt in experience and I must tell you that this belt and this seller is a total RIP OFF!!!BELIEVE The negative reviews,,trust me on this one ! I ordered one of these belts for my sears craftsman mower, I only got 2 mows on my acre of beautiful trash free green grass with my deck at 3 inches cut height and the darn thing snapped,and I ordered 3 more and each time it was a repeat of the same and I did this on a WHIM,definatley NOT BLUE KEVLAR,just a cheap rubber belt with the numbers blacked out in a PIX box which also has the numbers Blacked out, ALL THIS IN 2 MONTHS!!I wouldn't even use this belt to power a hand held sling shot or hang a dead possum,,even!!AND HONESTLY ,THE NEGATIVE FEEDS YOU READ ON THIS PRODUCT ARE HITTIN THE NAIL RIGHT ON THE HEAD!The Seller did Send me an e mail requesting compliments on the Item and Service and I wrote them back asking them to make things right which unfortunately they didn't bother responding to my 2 e mails to them, My First E mail told them I was happy they wrote me before I left a negative Feed and asked them if they were willing to resolve the problem,,NO RESPONSE,,I wrote em again asking them If they wanted to make things Right,,still NO Response,,So,,here I am,,I am not known for leaving Negative Feedback,,But these folks freakin DESERVE IT!!!Take a lil bit more time shopping and spend just a wee bit more bucks,,You will be happy you did!!

Burning a belt is irritating, and it can happen in a flash with standard belts, by the time you say, "oh crap" and disengage, a section of the belt has overheated, and the belt is useless. Not so with Kevlar, my blade has been stopped twice by 4" diameter oak branches, since installing this belt -- but you'd never know it from looking at the belt, no scorch marks or stretching at all. Each of those incidents would've cost me a regular belt but the Kevlar keeps on going strong.I'll be very much surprised if I don't get more than 2 seasons out of this belt, I'd already be out 2 regular belts, and it's still going strong. And the icing on the cake is, these Kevlar belts don't cost any more than regular ones!

I have an old Craftsman mower with a 42" deck.Unfortunately, I paid a mechanic to replace the belt last year and then put the mower away because I didn't need to use it until this year. I quickly found out that the belt was worn/stretched out, and purchased this belt as a replacement that Sears wanted to charge $30 for.This belt is a perfect fit, easy to replace, and I will recommend this seller to everyone I know.
