Dragon Touch 7-Inch. Quad Core Android Kids Tablet, IPS Display with Wifi and Camera and Games, HD Kids Edition, Zoodles Pre-Installed - Red Silicone

I bought this tablet for my son for his birthday. I received it from Amazon a few weeks before his birthday and began to set it up so that it would be ready to play when he opened it up. While it was easy to set up, several other things went wrong...QUICKLY. The charger did not fully insert into the plug in on the device. When it did decide to charge, it would take overnight and part of the next day. The charge would only last for MAYBE 2 hours. The device was difficult to turn on, and by the time he got it for his birthday, one day later, it refused to turn on at all. The user's manual is very generic and provides no help for the known issues. There is no known website or contact information for the ability to talk/email/chat with customer service or even return the product for refund or exchange.

I have purchased 3 of these tablets for our upcoming family vacation from MD to FL via car. So far I have not had any issues with any of the three tablets. My kids have not played on them much since we are saving this for the car ride and I would hate for these to be damaged (my kids can be rough...lol) prior to our trip. For the most part setup was easy. The only issue I ran into was Google Play crashing when trying to download both Netflix and ABCMouse simultaneously to the tablets in which I came to realize that I had to just download each app one by one. Both apps launched with no issues, and I also setup a monthly Zoodles account subscription so that they can have more activities to do on their tablets. I will post a second review of this product following our family vacation to review how and/or if the tablets survived the trip.

I purchased this for my daughter and within one day the tablet stop charging! I well be returning this tablet and we'll never purchase from this company again! This companies must not have a QA department nor a credible manufacturer/engineering department!

restarts over and over and dies very quickly. Maybe it's just a glitch because this will be our second one due to the first one being damaged in a flood. we had no problems with the first one but customer service was no help and wanted me to pay to have the other one repaired at my own expense and it was 4 months old.

I purchased this tablet for my 3-yr old child, who couldn't live without my tablet.It is well protected by a thick silicone case although it does not give water-proof protection.The OS is Android 5.0, bundled with some software aimed for children.It is a relatively low-spec item, so I did not expect to perform as well as my Nexus 9, but it was fairly fast for all the games it comes with and a few I popped in.The charger that comes with it has a very short cable, so you may need to look for a longer one, if you are planning to use it while charging.I haven't done any thorough testing, but it is performing quite well.

Excellent 'kids' tablet... or even adults tablet if you aren't running anything super CPU intensive... Battery seems to be fairly average, no problems with wifi or bluetooth, and so far, it has taken the beating my toddler has tossed at it...That being said there is at least 1 'con'The section of case that covers the power button is a bit too good at its job of transferring pressure to the button.... so anytime you pick it up, hold it from the sides, etc. it pops up the power down menu...I cut mine out w/ an exacto knife, works great now. Only reason it lost a star, and it would be a half star if I could...

I bought two of these devices for my toddlers. They ended up shipping with different versions of Android and different software. I could not get the two configured in the same way and I could not set them up so the kids could use them safely. I tried to update them to the same version of Android, but they are locked down so I cannot update either device. I tried finding comprehensive manuals online for these devices and the manufacturer doesn't seem interested in supporting them once they are sold. I wish I had more time to try all of the options when I first got them... I would have returned them both.

I purchased this as a gift for a 5 year old girl. First I was impressed with the packaging. I love that it came with a silicone case and a screen protector already applied to the tablet screen. The tablet powered up without issues and went through the normal Android startup process as this is an Android tablet. The Zoodles software came pre-installed. I purchased this tablet specifically to be used by kids. Tablet Express does an excellent job tailoring the tablet for this purpose. The red Dragon Touch M7 tablet for kids comes installed with Android 5.0 Lollipop. The blue one I ordered had 4.4 Kit Kat. Do not buy the blue one if you want upgraded OS. I was harsh towards Tablet Express in my review of the blue one. But I can honestly say that Tablet Express cares about customer feedback and their responses are timely. As for the red Dragon Touch M7, it performed as expected. Has a lot of features more expensive tablets have. It's a great value and I would recommend it to friends and family with children. I may purchase one of their larger tablets for myself based on my experience with Tablet Express.

Meine 5jährige Tochter freut sich tierisch über das Tablet und kann es dank iWawa auch gut bedienen. Das Programm würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn das Tablet für Kinder sein soll! Man kann hier Zeiten einstellen, Internetberechtigungen etc.Das Tablet hat manchmal eine sehr lange Ladezeit und im Sonnenlicht sieht man nicht immer alles. Der Speicherplatz ist halt begrenzt.Aber zum normalen Hausgebrauch oder eben für Kinder zum Spielen ist es auf jeden Fall tauglich!

Wir haben dieses Tablet unserer 7-jährigen Tochter zum Geburtstag bestellt um sie langsam an Themen wie Computer und Internet heranzuführen. Des weiteren sollte der DragonToucht auch zum Zeitvertreib wie spielen oder musikhören genutzt werden. Was für eine Enttäuschung.Positiv:-pünktliche LieferungNegativ:-ständige WLAN Abbrüche bis hin zum totalen Ausfall-permanente App Abstürze bei zeitgleicher Benutzung der Tastatur (z.b. im Play Store)-Ladekabel sitzt so locker, das es nicht immer Kontakt bekommt-Schmutz zwischen Display und Scheibe-billiges Gehäuse-Verkäufer reagiert seiner einer Woche nicht auf meine E-Mail.Fazit: FINGER WEG! Viel Ärger für wenig Geld. Lieber mehr investieren in ein Markenprodukt! Gerät wird zurückgeschickt!

Ladekabel ist bereits stark abgenutzt. Der Stecker dafür hat auch bereits Wackelkontakt. Display ist übersäht mit Rissen. Ständig stürzt das Teil ab. Nix für Kinder, man muss das Teil nur schief ansehen und das Display bekommt nen Sprung.

Wir haten es ca. eine Woche.Da ist meiner Tochter 5 Jahre ein kleines missgeschick passiert.Ihr viel es aus der Hand, auf den Teppich und ein Sprung ist im Display entstanden.Mit Schutzhülle aus einer Kinderhand höhe von ca.60cm hab ich mir nicht gedacht das da gleich ein sprung im Disply entsteht.Habe eine @mail geschrieben.Die wollten Fotos sehen die ich ihnen auch sofort gesendet habe.Aber leider bekam ich dann nie wieder eine Antwort.Schade!!!!

Bin sehr zufrieden habe es meinem 8 jährigen Sohn gekauft der sehr begeistert darüber ist das einzigste ist das der Tuch nicht immer so schnell funktioniert

sehr Kinderfreundlich, Dank mitgelieferter Schutzhülle.Leider überhaupt keine Bedienungsanleitung dabei, nicht mal auf englisch, sehr schade....man kann es benutzen, aber leider nicht die wohl vorhandenen Möglichkeiten voll ausschöpfen.....

Tochter ist voll zufrieden. Hält einiges aus und kann einiges. Für 7 jährige eine große Freude. Für den Preis zu empfehlen

Tablet ist einfach geil.sehr schnellKamera ist ein bisschen scwach aber in diesem preis rang trotzdem super.Meine Tochter ist auch sehr zufrieden. :)

Für das Geld..... perfekt!Meine Tochter (5) ist begeistert und ich bin es auch.....Wer für das Geld mehr erwartet glaubt auch das die Erde eine Scheibe ist!😂

Ich fasse mich kurz:Pro:+ IPS Display. Mach Kinderaugen nicht kaputt. Ideal für Filme schauen.+ Gute Leistung. 3D Spiele ruckeln nicht.+ relativ leicht.+ reagiert schnellKontra:- sehr schlechte Verarbeitung / Material! Mein Kind (4,5 Jahre) ist beim Spielen (typisch in beiden Händen gehalten und mit dem Daumen das Display bedient) das Display gesprungen. Ein Riss ist quer durch das Display entstanden. 3 Wochen in Benutzung.- On/Off Button reagiert sehr leicht. Schlimmer noch wenn schutz Bumper drum ist.Wenn die schlechte Verarbeitung nicht wäre ist eine Kaufempfehlung bei mir drin aber so. Lieber nicht.Hier noch mal ein riesen Lob an Amazon. Hat zurück genommen. So ist man gerne Kunde!Der Händler selbst hat schnell auf Probleme reagiert aber nur mit der Antwort das die Garantie das nicht abdeckt.

Verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Der Akku ist mehr als schlecht, nach 2 Stunden Nutzung ist er leer, wenn es überhaupt dazu kommt, dass man es so lange am Stück nutzen kann, ohne dass es abstürzt. Auch der günstige Preis rechtfertigt nicht, dass man es die halbe Zeit nicht verwenden kann, weil es sich aufhängt.
