Great product
This is literally the best sealer for natural stone. Used it on my patio. Yes, it’s expensive but it works without yellowing or crackling. Just enhanced your stone to original color. We have a travertine patio. I know miracle sealant makes a liquid specifically for more porous stones like ours but we have used this enhancer in the past and we are happy with it so we continue using this product.I literally and on all fours, with a paint dish and a brush. I brush the liquid on working in areas of about 20 sq ft at a time. Ones I have my little area all brushed up I use a rag and start at the stone that I brushed first and rub off any excess. Once done I continue with another roughly 20 sq ft area and do the same until done. You can take breaks in between or even wait days to continue. Still comes out looking great. Our walnut travertine had literally bleached to al ist white over the last two years since we didn’t treat it during that time and Miracle Sealant brought it back to life.

Good product
I used it in a new shower that I had those flat rocks put in the bottom of. When they're dry the rocks look very dull, but when they get wet the colors really pop, so I used this to see if I could make them look like that all the time, and it pretty much did. I didn't leave it glossy or anything but really brought out the colors. The rocks now don't really look any different when they get wet

"One step" my foot: beautiful results though.
I love how this product oversimplified the work, and advertises itself as a "one step" product, I just have to laugh at that one. If you've done any kind of tile work in your entire life you know this is a big fat hairy lie. LOL. Still...nice try whoever wrote up your product description.I resealed our two-person slate shower with this, which entailed me scrubbing all of my tiles on my hands and knees to make sure that they were clean, waiting a few days for it to dry, then applying this product, then wiping it off, waiting a day, then wiping this product on again, and wiping it off again. You know, a simple one-step process that took many hours of back-breaking work. LOL.I will have to say that this product provides a very slight sheen but not overly glossy which is exactly what my wife and I wanted. The nuances and coppery colors of the slate really pop out now and my wife says the shower has never looked more beautiful since we have owned it in 2008 (when I had simply used a well-known sealer back then).Applying this product I simply used a wide paint brush, and to wipe it off I use strips of an old white towel. This product definitely has a caustic smell to it, but it is not nearly as bad as different product that I have had some experience with 2 years ago. The OTHER product was horrendous and smelled like turpentine and old feet. This product did not have that "old feet" smell, but you are still going to want to use this in a well ventilated area as it is rather turpintine-like.I would definitely use this product again, and is all I would ever use in the future. The results are simply phenomenal.

Doesn’t get rid of edging, but it does help with acid and chemical marks.
Worked 95%! This got rid of the clr marks on my dark granite. Fir the most part. It didn’t get rid of all of the etching though. Still looks better than it did before.

DO NOT USE ON FLAGSTONE-NEVER on IRONSTONE FLAGSTONE!!
We just had a flagstone patio put in. It was 2-3 inch think Ironstone Flagstone. It was $5,000 just for the stone. We used 511 Seal & Enhance as the directions say it can be used on flagstone. We have used it indoors and on other projects and other stone and loved it. We tested it on 3 different types of pieces and it looked good. We then followed all instructions and sealed out patio. After sealing the patio, 2-3 days later, it destroyed approximately 12 pieces of the stone. The stone turned into a type of baking soda. Its like it burned the top off of all of the stone. The entire patio looks like garbage now after spending thousands. We had a beautiful red patio and now it is all flaking and turning white and grey. Please put a warning AGAINST USING THIS PRODUCT ON Ironstone flagstone. After weeks of work a new patio looks like garbage and has to be replaced. At a bare minimum, please refund us for the two bottles we bought. One bottle could not be returned to Amazon. And please put a warning on the bottle!!!! . I cant believe this has happened.
