When I first purchased this book, I was a bit concerned at the ages 8-12 disclaimer. On the other hand, books aimed at ages 3-5 were too simplistic. Luckily, my daughter had no trouble with most of the book and really enjoyed it. Out of the whole book, there were about 15 puzzles she was unable to complete due to difficulty. I call that a win !! Would recommend for even young kiddos.

The kids (4,6) loved this maze book and flew through them.My 4 year old can go through probably a dozen pages at a time and left the more challenging ones for her sister. My 6 year old found some of the mazes to be complicated, but overall they were a good variety to keep them going and not get frustrated.The format of this book is great, going from simple and gradually increasing in complexity of the mazes. It’s a great confidence-booster as kids go through the book.The over-under ones confused my 4 year old a bit, but after some explanation, she was able to figure it out.I love mazes because they’re fun and kids are learning and developing so many necessary skills. For my 4 year old, it’s improving her fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. For my 6 year old, it’s also helping with cognitive skills, problem-solving, and learning to be patient!At the end of the workbook, the author leaves her contact information for more free printable mazes!

I think this is such a fun little book for kids. My nieces love mazes and I bought this so they could have something to do when they come visit. The book has all kinds of mazes from easy to more difficult, and the kids can color the pictures in it as well. The different styles of mazes are super fun and cute also. I really appreciate the puzzle solutions in the back of the book, and love the fun certificate the kids can cut out and save when they finish all of the puzzles. This is a great kids workbook!

This is a great activity book for kids. The puzzles are well designed and they get harder as you go through the book. Jennifer Trace offers to send more puzzles for free if you send her an email which is a nice added bonus. There is an easy to follow answer key and even a certificate of completion for kids to hang on their wall.

Puzzles have become a major activity in our house thanks to these books by Jennifer Trace. This one is no different. The kid and I have been loving the fun way these engage logic development. These books keep the little one mentally engaged for hours without a fuss. I cannot praise this one enough and highly recommend it for anyone with kids who enjoy puzzles/mazes!

With my son, picking an activity book can be tricky. It has to be big and it has to be the right balance because he will doodle and he will color on top of doing the activity. I was a little concerned about this one because of some of the reviews, but it was a huge hit! It’s big so he has plenty of room and the many of the mazes have elements to color and there’s plenty of room for the doodles and plenty to attract his attention with the mazes. Love this one!

Our 4 year old grandson loved the maizes in this book. The first section is most appropriate for his age group.

Well packed with no damage, the book looks good with plenty of activities.

My 5 year old great grandson loved this

I bought this for my 4 year old and as soon as it came in the post he was so excited! He completed half of the book in about an hour, he absolutely loves mazes so this was great for him!
