Great Filters, Great Customer Service (Thank you Nick!)
Early Nov 2022 our water softener went out. Just prior to that, the softener had been on the brink but each time I was able to get it re-started. We are on a private well and knowing that we were going to be faced with replacing the water softener or transition to a no-salt solution we decided to go for a no-salt solution. I began my search and came across the iSpring solutions and found reviews were very favorable. After some time watching a series of videos and reading manuals on the different types of filters to understand each water filtering specifications I decided on the following iSpring Whole-House filters ;- iSpring WSP (spin-down) 200 Micron- iSpring WSP (spin-down) 50 Micron- iSpring WGB32BM 3 stage filtering - Sediment, CTO Carbon, and Iron & Manganese- iSpring WDS150K Scale prohibitor- iSpring UVF55FS Ultraviolet lightBeing a handyman, installation of the filters and the UV light was easy. After a few weeks we started seeing some yellowing in the shower and sinks. I called iSpring Support and discussed our situation with Nick. To help me determine the correct next steps Nick recommended I get my water tested if I hadn’t done so already….and so I did (and should have done so from the very beginning - it’s always good to test your well water on a periodic basis). After receiving the test results I sent them to Nick. He reviewed the water testing results and determined we had a high concentration of sediment and recommended I add one additional sediment filter AND that he would send me a new set of 3-stage filters. I added the additional sediment filter, and replaced the 3-stage filters from Nick and our yellowing disappeared. Thank you Nick!! I recommend iSpring filters whether you go the no-salt path OR use a water softener.

Great system and great help!
I did a lot of research on whole house water filters, and iSpring seemed to be the best overall value for the price. I spoke with Nick, who recommended the overall system for filtering my water. He did a great job answering all my questions and ensuring I had the right system for the job. The sales process felt very genuine, and Nick looked out for my best interests. I'm very happy with the system I have in place. The water tastes exceptionally better compared to the unfiltered water I had before. Thank you for all your help!

Great customer service, Talk to Nick at iSpring
I called and talked to Nick in customer service at iSpring while I was shopping for a water filtration system. Nick was very helpful. He answered my multitude of questions about filter cartridges, the different options iSpring offers, and about iSpring's anti-scaler. Nick is also very knowledgeable about all of iSpring's products. Nick even pointed me in the direction of a local resource for water testing when I voiced some of my concerns about our well water. One of the main reasons that I chose to go with iSpring is Nick's availability on the phone and his quick responses to the emails that I sent him (with yet more questions). I ended up buying the WGB32B-KS filter, WSP50ARB sediment trap, and the WDS-150 anti-scaler.I knew the installation was not for novices. This isn't my first water system, so I knew that it was going to take a bit of work. From a "handyman" perspective, I felt that the install was fairly easy. I read a few reviews prior to purchasing that some folks had problems with the fittings not sealing in the unit. I'm not sure what they did, but I used Teflon tape and a little bit of pipe sealer, and haven't had any problems. No leaks.On a not-so-positive note, when I got ready for the install, I unboxed the cartridge only to find that it was damaged. I sent a picture to Nick and he responded in less than 24 hours that iSpring will replace it under warranty. It's already on its way.I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service received so far. Once the replacement cartridge arrives and I have had time to notice results, I will update this review.

Great products
We have really hard well water at our house, decided to forgo an expensive system through a “reputable dealer” and went with Ispring. Make sure to reach out to them and ask for Nick, he will hook you up with everything you’ll need! No more grime on our faucets, no more iron issues and the water tastes cleaner than RO as it still has minerals in it. Don’t wait, make the purchase, you’ll be glad you did!

Easy DIY and Excellent product support
I bought the entire iSpring filtration suite, from the spindown pre filter through the three stage setup with sediment, carbon and iron/manganese cartridges, then finally the softening cartridge to treat my rural well water which is pretty hard and which has iron due to old galvanized well piping. Installation was straightforward and when a couple of the products were found to be malfunctioning, ispring immediately arranged to ship replacements. The difference water quality was immediately noticeable once I actuated the system. Viewers of the photo may notice that the three filter bank is not yet connected in this picture, due to waiting for delivery of two pex compatible fittings for the inlet and outlet sides of the bank. I special ordererd two shark bite elbows for these connections.

Thumbs Up For Nick & I Spring 👍
A slow leak developed two weeks after installation. Shut the system down and inspected the housing and the o ring. Still leaking now a phone call to customer service, Nick. I explained the problem andNick offered to replace both. Amazing customer service. Thumbs up to Nick. 5 🌟.

Excellent Customer Service
When my initial system arrived I noticed the main black housing unit had some broken guide tabs. I contacted the company directly and received an immediate response. I sent my information to customer service representative named Julius, he was very prompt about sending me a new replacement. Everything worked out great!!! New system installed with no issues.Thank you Julius for all your help.
