I've personally been using this along with  Enzymatic Therapy Remifemin Estrogen-Free Menopause Relief, 120 Tablets  for perimenopause symptoms. I particularly noticed my moods becoming more up and down, plus increased migraines and cramping around my cycle time. This coupled with the Remifemin seemed to make a big difference for my newly aquired moodiness, as well as decreasing the frequency of migraines and crampiness. I also noticed some improvement in my "feeling too hot, feeling too cold" that can happen but not full resolution for this issue.If you're looking for something to help smooth out the perimenopause symptoms and don't want to go the pharmaceutical route or bioidentical hormone route then give this a try for at least a couple of months (you need to give it a bit of time to work with your hormones/cycles). For me it was a good choice.Of course, if you have severe symptoms or other chronic medical issues you should check in with your primary care provider, gyn or licensed naturopath first (make sure you know the difference between a licensed naturopath and unlicensed one & always assure yours is licensed). Also if you have any adverse or unusual symptoms you should discontinue ASAP and follow up right away with your provider.

Here’s what I know: I have always had painful periods that made me ill at times. I recently had a laparoscopy and was diagnosed with severe endometriosis. I started taking these supplements last month. I pretty quickly (within 2 weeks) began to feel like I had more energy. Then my next cycle hit, and I have never had such an easy period before, much lighter, and much less painful. I have forgotten to take them occasionally. I can’t say that my changes were definitely due to these supplements, but I do know I have definitely felt better lately in general. I will be purchasing again, and I will update as things progress.

I started taking this product years ago when I worked at a health food store to help with hormonal acne. It worked + i updated my skincare routine and thought i Didn’t need to take them anymore. It wasn’t until recently i started to bleed during my ovulation cycle. i went to multiple doctors and couldn’t get any answers. So i started taking these again and so far I have not bled during ovulation! I lowkey think this has helped with my libido as well.

Amazing Products

I have been taking this for about a month now. I read/heard that it takes about two months to fully begin working. My initial issues were: PCOS, hormonal acne and amenorrhea. Unfortunately, I still have not gotten my period back, although I have seen improvement in my hormonal acne. It has generally decreased in flare ups. Given, this may also be contributed to certain other dietary/topical treatments, though I definitely attribute this product to some of the improvement. I just ordered another bottle and will update after my second month!

I bought this March 2, 2019 as I was desperate to find anything to help with possible estrogen dominence and hot flashes/night sweats. I'm surgical menopause at 37, been on HRT since (20 years), but super mild dose. Have been having horrible hot flashes and night sweats for the past 3+ years. I take three of these a day and I'm starting to feel a difference, its not immediate, but I'm thinking this is working as my 4:00 a.m. night sweats are slowly disappearing and my hot flashes throughout the day are calming way down. Nothing else has changed in my diet or excerise (or lack thereof). It is super sweet to wake up at 6 or 7 a.m. and say, gee, I slept all night. I would highly recommend giving this a try, it may work. I'll update my review in about 2 months and see if I am feeling the same.

Love the product but the packaging which sells itself as some sort of ecological wonder is anything but. Why all this extra packaging for a simple bottle of capsules? I will look for an alternative to this product until they get rid of this ridiculous , wasteful packaging.
