Q: Does it come with the clutch?

No it doesn't. But also be warned, you may only be sent one part of the pair ie the top cymbal or the bottom cymbal. I had terrible trouble and kept being sent a single cymbal only. Although the sales people at Amazon did their best to try and help they are not music specialists and didn't really understand the issue - I got no where and gave up in the end, took my business elsewhere.
